En biologie, l’absorption désigne l’ensemble des actions par lesquelles les nutriments sont introduits dans l’organisme. L’absorption intestinale se définit par la manière dont les lipides , les glucides , les protéines , les sels minéraux , les oligoéléments et les vitamines passent dans la muqueuse intestinale avant de pénétrer dans le sang et d’être redistribués dans l’organisme.
